1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player on the dewa17 platform.
• "Platform" or "Website" means the dewa17 online gaming platform accessible at https://dewa17.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and entertainment services provided by dewa17 including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and slot games.
• "Player Funds" means all monetary deposits made by the Player into their Account, including bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive provided by dewa17 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds or associated deposits before withdrawal becomes available.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by dewa17 to comply with international gaming regulations and prevent fraud.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and use dewa17 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the legal minimum age for gambling activities under Indonesian law and our licensing jurisdiction.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Creation

When creating your dewa17 account, you agree to:

• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify dewa17 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dewa17 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Photographs of payment method (credit/debit card with middle digits obscured, e-wallet screenshots, or bank account details)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. dewa17 processes verification requests within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

All financial transactions on dewa17 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept deposits through the following methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. dewa17 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You acknowledge that you are depositing funds for entertainment purposes and that all deposits are made at your own risk. Deposited funds become part of your Player balance and may be used for wagering on any games or betting markets offered by dewa17.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching your verified account details.
• Standard processing time is 5-30 minutes for bank transfers during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals typically process within 10-60 minutes.

dewa17 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Withdrawal requests involving unusual patterns, large amounts, or suspected fraudulent activity will be subject to enhanced scrutiny and may require additional documentation.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

dewa17 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Players must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

dewa17 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotional page. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by country, payment method, or account status.
• Each Player may claim each bonus offer once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 40x depending on the bonus type.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots usually contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements will be removed upon expiry.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

dewa17 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate wagering requirements
• Collaborative play with other Players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of betting systems, bots, or automated software

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on dewa17 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the Player or dewa17. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game where applicable and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting odds are updated in real-time and may change rapidly during the match.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type and are displayed before bet placement.
• Obvious errors in odds (palpable errors) will result in bet voidance.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, automated software, or AI to place bets or play games
• Collusion with other Players or dealers
• Exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Players

6. Responsible Gaming

dewa17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after specified playing duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent).
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications showing play duration and net win/loss.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not responsible for any taxation obligations that may arise from your gaming activity. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dewa17 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of dewa17 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements are settled.

9.2 Closure by dewa17

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months
• We cease operations in your jurisdiction

In the event of account closure by dewa17 for reasons other than terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to you minus any applicable withdrawal fees.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa17 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of dewa17 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Amendments to Terms

dewa17 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email and/or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of dewa17 services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our services and close your account.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dewa17 concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
